Ingredients

2 eggs

1/3 cup olive oil

1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

11/2 cup Greek yoghurt

1 tsp vanilla

2 mashed bananas

1 cup white plain flour

3/4 cup wholemeal plain flour

500g Pumpkin

olive oil

1 brown onion, chopped

1-2 tablespoons curry powder

1/2 head of cauliflower, cut into small florets

I’ve gotta say that this pizza scroll recipe made me do a happy dance when I nailed it! I used to LOVE making puff pastry pizza scrolls as a kid. 1/2 cup Almonds

1/2 cup Rolled oats

3/4 cup dates (soaked in hot water)

1 tblsp Cacao Powder

2 tblsp Peanut Butter

1 tblsp Maple Syrup
