1 cup Dates, pitted & chopped (soak in a little boiling or hot water for 10 minutes)

1 Tblsp Cacao powder

1 Tblsp Peanut Butter

Blitz and stir through;

1 cup almond meal

1/2 cup rolled oats

2 tblsp chia seeds

Roll into balls and set in the refrigerator or store in the freezer.  

You can also add maple syrup or choc chips for extra sweetness to entice the kids.

Everyone loves ANZAC biscuits and there are so many variations to the orignal recipe.  This is one that I created using just one pan (because I hate washing dishes), and it is packed full of nuts too.  Now that everyone is home-schooling it is a great time to include more nuts in your diet provided there are no allergies in your family.  If there are, just replace the nuts with seeds like pepitas and...
