Banana Caramel Bliss Balls

It's almost No Packet November, so time to share recipes from myself and my amazing line-up of ambassadors to get you living a healthier life.

This recipe is so versatile, as you can turn it into a batch of biscuits if you prefer.

Banana Caramel Bliss Balls

1 cup oats

1 cup seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame)

1 cup dates soaked in 1/2 cup hot water

1 banana, mashed

1 tablespoon maple syrup

pinch salt

Dark Choc Chips

Using a food processor blitz the oats and seeds until fine, add dates, mashed banana, maple syrup and salt, process until it all comes together. Stir through a handful (or two) of dark choc chips. Shape into balls and roll in coconut. Store in the freezer.

You can also roll into balls, flatten a little on a tray and bake at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes to make these soft and delicious biscuits.
