This colourful recipe is from No Packet November ambassador Kim at The Healthy Little B Nutrition. I have been following Kim for a while and really enjoy her nutritious recipes and positive approach to life. Simply blitz together:
• 1 cup cashews, • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds. • 1 cup medjool dates (seeds removed). • 2 tblsp vanilla protein powder. • 1/4 cup beetroot powder (I used @wearewonderfoods). • 1/2 cup tahini
You might need to add a little water if the mix is dry, but if not, roll away, store in fridge + enjoy!
