Creamy Chia Pudding
Start your day with a nourishing bowl of creamy chia pudding topped with fruit and nuts.
3 tblsp chia seeds
½ cup coconut cream
½ cup water
Sprinkle of Ground Cinnamon
Handful of Frozen raspberries
Mix chia seeds with coconut cream and water (you could also use coconut milk), add cinnamon and frozen raspberries. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
Serve topped with nuts & seeds or more fruit and honey. Serves 2 (gluten free, dairy free)
