Date, Cacao & Peanut Butter Balls

1/2 cup Walnuts
1/2 cup Almonds
1/2 cup Rolled oats
3/4 cup dates (soaked in hot water)
1 tblsp Cacao Powder
2 tblsp Peanut Butter
1 tblsp Maple Syrup
1 tblsp Chia seeds
Coconut for rolling
Blitz walnuts, almonds and rolled oats. Add dates that have been chopped and soaked in boiling water for 5 minutes, along with cacao powder and peanut butter. Blitz until combined and stir through maple syrup and chia seeds. Form into balls and roll in coconut or sesame seeds.
Makes approx. 15 balls
