Date & Nut Bliss Balls

1 cup Dates, pitted & chopped (soak in a little boiling or hot water for 10 minutes)

1 Tblsp Cacao powder

1 Tblsp Peanut Butter

Blitz and stir through;

1 cup almond meal

1/2 cup rolled oats

2 tblsp chia seeds

Roll into balls and set in the refrigerator or store in the freezer.  

You can also add maple syrup or choc chips for extra sweetness to entice the kids.
