Raw Salted Caramel Balls
Thanks to Kim from The Healthy Little B for sharing this recipe for No Packet November. I love to make raw balls, as there are endless combinations. I look forward to making these on the weekend.

Ingredients
1 cup cashews
2 scoops plant based protein powder
1 cup Medjool dates (seeds removed)
2 tablespoons raw pepitas
1 tsp natural vanilla extract
1 tblsp mesquite powder
2 tblsp water
good crack/pinch Himalayan sea salt
coconut for rolling
Directions
Blend cashews first in food processor until in chunk form. Add protein and all other ingredients and blend until formed. Pour coconut into a bowl. Roll mixture into small balls and coat in the bowl of desiccated coconut. Pop in fridge to set and enjoy. These balls will last in your fridge for a week, you can then pop them in the freezer.
