(makes 7 bars)

100G SUNFLOWER SEEDS

2 TBSP SESAME SEEDS

2 TBSP CHIA SEEDS

1 TBSP GROUND FLAXSEED

100G DRIED APRICOTS

2 TBSP DESICCATED COCONUT

1 TBSP COCONUT OIL


Blend everything together.

Line a small baking tray with greaseproof paper. Pour the

mixture out onto the paper and push down with your fingers

until it’s roughly 2-3cm thick.

Freeze for half an hour then cut into 7 equal sized portions
